What is Post 9?

We are a concierge support and subscription service box for moms by moms.  We deliver a personalized box of 5-7 products as well as resources to help you recover, maintain, adapt and thrive in your postpartum journey.

How is Post 9 different from shopping online, or in a store?

Our focus is on convenience and personalization. We provide you products you need (and may not even know you need) in an effortless way that allows you to not have to think about it.   Our concierge service also tailors resources specifically to you - an invaluable service that can’t be purchased online or from a store.

Are your products safe for mom?

Absolutely! We have made sure to personalize products that are safe for postpartum and breastfeeding moms.  However, if you have specific allergies or additional questions about ingredients, always check with your doctor. 

What if mom hasn't delivered baby yet?

When you subscribe, make sure to fill in your due date and create an account.  We will reach out to you as your due date approaches to check in.  Once you have delivered baby, you will need to log into your account to fill out our questionnaire for your subscription to start.

Concierge & Subscriptions

What type of subscriptions do you have?

We offer monthly, 3 month, 6 month and 12 month subscriptions.

How does Post 9 work?

Our concierge is here to take the guess work out of recovery and help you get in some much needed self-care time every month.  Once you purchase a box or bundle, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the respective term unless cancelled according to our policy.  All automatically renewed subscriptions will expire at the end of 12 monthly deliveries.

How is my box personalized?

We profile Post 9 moms utilizing a questionnaire tool to gauge their needs.  This allows us to curate personalized content and select items for their monthly box, according to their needs.  In the event a customer does not fill out the questionnaire, they will not receive personalized products, but instead will receive general curated recovery, self-care, or wellness items.

How do I update my profile?

You may update your profile by signing into your account and clicking on “My Profile” . Please note, if you need to update your profile please make sure it is as least 3 business days before your scheduled shipment is to go out in order to guarantee the personalization is most accurate.

How do I view my subscription?

You may track your subscription by logging into your account and clicking on the “Manage Subscription” tab.

How does the billing work?

Once you select a subscription, you will be charged the applicable price upon order confirmation. If you order a subscription with a monthly term, a term of 3 months, or a term 6 months, it will auto-renew.  Billing will recur on each auto-renewal date up to 12 months or until you terminate your subscription.  Your next billing date will be displayed in your Account page next to each of your active Subscriptions.

Can I pause or reschedule my box?

You may temporarily pause your subscription by contacting us at orders@post9.com. We reserve the right to revoke multiple requests to pause your subscription if it interferes with quality of our service.

Orders

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirmation.  Once it has shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking information.

What is the cost of a Post 9 box?

Post 9 boxes are priced at $95 plus applicable tax for one box. If you purchase bundles, you receive a discount. Post 9 covers the cost of the concierge service as well as shipping.

How are taxes handled?

Post 9 is required by law to collect and remit sales tax on orders shipped to specific states.  If this applies to you, appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed for your review at checkout.  

Can I cancel my box?

You may cancel your subscription at the end of its original term to prevent autorenewal by emailing orders@post9.com no later than 7 PM EST 3 business days prior to renewal payment being processed.  You cannot cancel a subscription anytime during its term.

Can I return my box?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there are any defective, damaged, or missing products, please contact us at orders@post9.com within 5 days of receipt of the subscription box. 

Shipping

Where does Post 9 ship?

We ship everywhere in the United States including the US territories. We also ship to PO Boxes.

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping is included in the cost of the box except for US territories. US territories will incur an additional $5-$10 shipping charge.

Gifts

Can I gift a Post 9 box or subscription?

Absolutely! Purchase the Post 9 Gift Card for electronic delivery.  After choosing and selecting a subscription to gift, you'll need to enter the giftee-mom's delivery/due date, and click "Send Gift Card".  You can enter the recipient's name, email address and a note or send her a gift via instant message.  Your giftee-mom will receive an email which contains instructions to redeem their gift.  Some states may require sales tax upon redemption.

What if the mom-to-be hasn’t delivered baby yet?

An amazing feature of the Post 9 Gift Cards is the ability to select a future date for e-card delivery.  We also prompt you for due date to ensure redemption of gift.  

I received Post 9 as a gift.  How to I redeem it?

Gift cards are processed as a form of payment at checkout.  You should receive an email or instant message with a code and redemption instructions.  Our subscription cashier does require a credit card on file, but you will not be charged the amount of the gift card.   Please keep in mind that some orders may require tax upon checkout, depending on which state you will have the box delivered to.
